riding a slug through no man's land
somehow, drawing this made me think about the growing industry of digital resurrection, where companies try to create convincing imitations of dead people. Think for example of the interactive hologram of Stan Lee that is being developed by Disney. How can these kinds of products be morally justified if they (ab)use the likeness and creative output of the deceased without their consent? I can also imagine that mourning friends and family could be exploited heavily by this new industry.
